What is your Cancellation Policy?
The quick answer is 48 hours OR you will be charged the full price for your service(s).
We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call. Time is important to everyone and we take your appointment seriously. With that said, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our guests miss the opportunity to receive services they need. Thank you for your understanding.
